“Super professional and went above and beyond.”
So, ya wanna know a bit about me huh? No problem!
I was born in Kentucky and spent a large part of my life there. After that, I moved to Bloomington, Indiana (Go Hoosiers!) where I went to college and got a degree in trombone performance. Shortly after that, I auditioned and won a job in the United States Air Force Band in Washington, DC and I’ve been there ever since.
During my time with the band, as an additional duty, I became social media manager with my unit. After that, things got interesting in that there was huge need to gather content (photos) within the band and so I decided to pick up a camera and get to work. I haven’t put it down since.
I graduated from the New York Institute of Photography “Professional Photography Course,” which is a 270 hour accredited degree program in New York City.
I have been highly active with the Capital Photography Center in DC, am a member of the Professional Photographers of America where I am currently working towards getting my Certified Professional Photography degree. In the state of Virginia, I’m also member of the Virginia Professional Photographers of America.
I am married to my incredibly supportive wife, Katrina and have an Instagram famous beagle named Ike.
